1. Scope

This policy applies to Alpha Builder, Alpha Booking, thealphabuilder.com, and the related website-management, CRM, analytics, form, email, and scheduling services operated by Dee Bright and Associates. A business using Alpha may also have its own privacy obligations for information collected through its website.

2. Information we collect

Account and business information

We may collect names, business names, email addresses, profile information, authentication records, website settings, and account permissions.

Website and relationship information

Alpha may process website content, uploaded media, change requests, form submissions, contact details, CRM notes, relationship activity, email history, booking information, and answers supplied by visitors.

Website activity

Connected websites may send page views, session activity, engagement time, scroll depth, referring information, browser and device information, and first-party recognition identifiers. Alpha does not use fingerprinting to identify visitors.

Service information

We may collect security, diagnostic, usage, and audit information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

3. How we use information

  • Provide and secure Alpha accounts and website workspaces.
  • Publish approved website updates and process forms, bookings, and messages.
  • Connect website activity with a known contact after that person submits a form or booking.
  • Help authorized users manage contacts, relationships, opportunities, and client communications.
  • Provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Alpha does not sell personal information or Google user data. Alpha does not use Google user data for advertising.

4. Google Calendar information

When an authorized Alpha user connects Google Calendar, Alpha requests permission to identify the connected Google account and manage calendar events for Alpha Booking.

Alpha may access the connected account email and identifier, calendar identifiers, free and busy availability, and booking events that Alpha creates or manages. Alpha uses this information to calculate availability and to create, reschedule, or cancel appointments requested through Alpha Booking. Private event titles and descriptions are not displayed to website visitors.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted and stored so the connection can continue until it is disconnected, revoked, or no longer valid.

Google API Limited Use

Alpha Builder’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. When information is shared

We share information only as needed to provide Alpha, follow an authorized instruction, protect the service, or comply with law. Service providers may include hosting, database, authentication, email-delivery, artificial-intelligence, calendar, and security providers. They receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect it.

Information belonging to one Alpha customer or website is not intentionally shared with another customer or website. Alpha uses organization, website, role, and permission controls to maintain separation.

6. Retention, access, and deletion

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and account configuration.

Authorized users can update many records inside Alpha. A user may revoke Alpha’s Google access through their Google Account permissions. Account holders may also request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, backup, or transaction-history purposes.

7. Security and cookies

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Alpha uses cookies and similar first-party technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and recognized-contact activity. Browser settings may control some of these technologies, but disabling them can prevent parts of Alpha from working.

8. Children and changes

Alpha is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as Alpha changes. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
